LXT30 Burner Management Systems

The LXT30 series controller is primarily designed for low-NOx, linear, premix, proportional-adjustable, condensing, and other advanced combustion control applications. It supports the control of up to four high-precision servo motors. The controller integrates three flame detection circuits: ion rod, UV sensor, and photoresistor. Based on a microprocessor design, it features servo motor open-circuit detection and stall detection, enabling precise control of the burner ignition sequence and real-time monitoring of the burner’s operating status. It supports up to 10 combustion load profiles and applies different combustion control curves based on various fuels and combustion requirements. This ensures highly accurate combustion control as well as safe and stable burner operation. The controller is equipped with an LCD human-machine interface (HMI) that supports both Chinese and English, providing intelligent operation and fault information display for user-friendly commissioning and use.
