LXT27 Burner Management Systems

The LXT27 series controller is primarily used for low-NOx and linear combustion control management. It supports the control of two high-precision servo motors and one VSD fan. The controller integrates three flame detection circuits: ion rod, UV sensor, and photoresistor. Based on a microprocessor design, it features servo motor open-circuit detection and stall detection, allowing precise control of the burner ignition sequence and real-time monitoring of burner operation. It supports up to 10 combustion load profiles and applies different combustion control curves for various fuels and combustion requirements, ensuring highly accurate combustion control as well as safe and stable burner operation. The controller is equipped with an LCD human-machine interface that supports both Chinese and English, offering intelligent operation and fault information display for user-friendly commissioning and use.
